Warranty

Route One Automotive provides a 12-month warranty on both supplied dashcams and installation labour from the date of installation.

 

Camera Warranty
If a dashcam supplied by Route One Automotive develops a fault within 12 months, we will inspect the unit and, where the fault is covered by warranty, repair or replace it as appropriate.

 

Installation Warranty
All installation work is covered for 12 months. If a fault occurs as a direct result of our workmanship, we will inspect and rectify the issue at no additional labour cost.

 

What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, water ingress, vehicle electrical faults, tampering, SD cards, third-party repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.

The warranty may also be affected if the dashcam or installation has been removed, altered or repaired by another person or business.

 

Warranty Claims
Please contact Route One Automotive as soon as possible if you experience an issue. We may need to inspect the vehicle and equipment before confirming whether the fault is covered.
